Fortnox share

Fortnox shares were listed on the NGM Nordic SME with the ticker FNOX in 2007. Since April 2022, the company's shares have been traded on Nasdaq Stockholm. In May 2024, the number of shares and votes in Fortnox changed due to the exercise of warrants under the company's incentive program 2021/2024, which was adopted at the Annual General Meeting on March 25, 2021.
