Important change in the Fortnox API

These changes apply to the bureau package:

• The invoicing license in the bureau package no longer includes the agency’s invoicing on behalf of clients.

  This means that when an agency needs to send an invoice on behalf of its client, the client must have their own invoicing license in Fortnox.

• The bureau is assigned the Client Invoicing license for its client.

  With the Client Invoicing license, the bureau can create, edit, and post invoices.

• The products Quotes and Orders are no longer included in the bureau package.

  Quotes and Orders can be added separately.

Impact on the API
When the bureau has Client Invoicing, it is still possible via the API to create, edit, and post invoices.

Important to know
To send an invoice (regardless of distribution method), the entrepreneur must have the Invoicing license in Fortnox.
